Yield: Fruit Smoothie Cups (6 Servings)
Needed Kitchenware: Blender, sandwich bag, toothpick or thin stick
  • 400 g frozen fruit, preferably with lots of red berries
  • 300 ml (~1¼ cup) water, or to desired thickness
  • 2 Gala apples, core removed
  • Juice of 1 orange
  • 25 g vegan yogurt
Recipe Directions

Directions

  • Blend the frozen fruits in a blender with the apples, orange juice, and as much water as needed to create your desired thickness. Divide smothies between six glasses.
  • Put the yogurt into a sandwich bag and snip off one corner, then pipe a spiral onto the top of each smoothie.
  • Using a toothpick or other thin stick, drag from the centre of the spiral outwards to create a spiderweb effect.
Notes

The yogurt can be sweetened or unsweetened to your preference, but it's important to keep it light in color so the finished product looks like a spiderweb.
