Yield: Spicy Sweet Dipping Sauce (1 Servings)
Needed Kitchenware: Blender
  • 2-3 chili peppers
  • 2-3 dates, pitted
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp coconut aminos
  • 4-5 tbsp water
  • 1 slice of red onion
  • tiny slice of ginger
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove
Recipe Directions


  • Prepare all the ingredients and add them all to a blender. Blend until your desired consistency and serve!

You can add more or less of each ingredient to taste, you can also leave out most of the ingredients as long as you stick to the main 3: chilis, dates, water.

Use as much of the rind and seeds of the chili peppers as you would like. If you prefer less spicy, deseed the peppers entirely. If you prefer spicer, use more of the seeds.
