Yield: 6 PB&J Chocolate Cups (6 Servings)
Needed Kitchenware: Mixing bowl, sauce pan, 6 silicone muffin cups
  • 200 g vegan dark chocolate
  • 6 tsp peanut butter
  • 6 tsp strawberry jam
Recipe Directions


  • Setup your sauce pan with water in it and put your mixing bowl on top of the sauce pan. Heat the sauce pan over low-medium heat to allow the water to steam the bottom of the mixing bowl. Melt 150 g of the chocolate into the mixing bowl.
  • Divide the chocolate over the 6 silicone muffin cups. Swirl them around so the chocolate gets up to the edges and forms a cup. Place in the refrigerator and let it set for about 10-15 minutes.
  • Remove them from the refrigerator. Fill each chocolate cup with 1 tsp of peanut butter and 1 tsp of jam.
  • Melt the rest of the chocolate in the mixing bowl. Divide the melted chocolate among the 6 cups to cover the filling. Place back into the refrigerator.
  • Take them out of the refrigerator after about 15 minutes. Remove the silicone cups.
  • Enjoy! Store in the refrigerator.

Use any flavor jam you'd like! Suggestions: strawberry, grape, raspberry, apricot, fig, blueberry, blackberry, currant.
