  • 4 satsumas, clementines, or mandarins
  • 4 cucumber sticks
  • 2-3 mint leaves

Directions

  • Peel the citrus, removing any outside fibers.
  • Put the cucumber sticks into the centers of each citrus to look like a stalk.
  • Then tear a bit of mint leaf and put into the center of the citrus, next to the cucumber stalk, to make it look like a pumpkin leaf. Enjoy!
