Yield: 2 Cocktails (2 Servings)
Needed Kitchenware: Sauce pan or small cooking pot, strainer, cocktail shaker, chilled cocktail glasses
  • 50 ml Jägermeister
  • 25 ml vegan navy rum
  • 5 cm fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 red chili, cut in half length-wise and deseeded
  • 100 ml orange juice
  • 150 ml cranberry juice
  • crushed iced
  • 2 red chili, cut in half around the middle and deseeded
Recipe Directions


  • Set 2 cocktail glasses in the freezer or refrigerator to chill.
  • Combine the Jägermeister and rum in a small pan. Add the ginger and the length-wise cut chili.
  • Bring to a simmer and then heat gently for 2 minutes.
  • Strain, reserving the chilli, then set aside to cool.
  • Add the crushed ice to a shaker, then combine the Jägermeister with the orange and cranberry juices.
  • Serve in a chilled cocktail glass with the other chopped chili for ‘horns’ on the glass.
