Yield: Snowman Chia Pudding (2 Servings)
Needed Kitchenware: Mixing bowl, refrigerator
Chia Pudding Base
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup plant based milk
  • ½ cup coconut milk powder (I used Bare Organics)
  • 8 tbsp chia seeds (I used Bare Organics)
  • 1 tbsp blue spirulina powder (I used Just Blends)
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • ½ tsp vanilla
Snowman Scene
  • coconut flakes
  • vegan chocolate chips
  • carrot, small piece cut into long triangle
  • cinnamon stick, broken into 2 small rectangles
Recipe Directions

Directions

  • In a bowl, whisk all ingredients together and then let it rest for 5 minutes before whisking again to remove all lumps.
  • Cover and refrigerate for an hour or even overnight.
  • Once set, add to your bowl and form your frosty snowman using the coconut flakes, vegan chocolate chips for buttons and eyes, a carrot stick nose, and cinnamon stick arms. 🤗❄️🎄
