  • 2 sweet potatoes
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon powder
  • 1 tbsp cayenne pepper powder
  • salt and pepper to taste

  • Cut the sweet potatoes using a mandoline to create thin slices of sweet potato.
  • Add the sweet potatoes to a large mixing bowl and by hand, mix the potatoes with the rest of the ingredients, making sure each potato slice is covered on both sides.
  • Put the slices on each dehydrator tray and leave in the dehydrator at around 120° F overnight or around 12 hours until crispy.
