Oil free, super crispy and still soft on the inside 😍 These potatoes are steamed, left in the refrigerator, and then baked to crispy perfection. A perfect, energetic snack to have with leftover potatoes! Served alongside vinegar-free, homemade ketchup.

Yield: Crispy Potatoes (1 Servings)
Needed Kitchenware: Steamer, refrigerator, airfryer, blender
  • Your choice of potato
Ketchup
  • 3 tbsp tomato paste
  • juice of ½ lemon
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 4 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 chili (optional)

Directions

  • Steam a large batch of potatoes. Put them in your fridge for at least 1 night and up to 3 days.
  • When ready, cut the steamed potatoes in small pieces or wedges and put them in the air fryer at 200°C or 400°F for 25-30 minutes (you might want to give the wedges a stir after 15 minutes).
  • To make the ketchup, put all the ingredients for the ketchup into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
Notes

You can use your conventional oven at 400°F or 200°C to bake if you cannot use an airfryer, make sure to flip them over half-way through.
