Yield: 2 Coconut Limeonades (2 Servings)
Needed Kitchenware: Blender, sieve
  • 4 limes, quartered
  • 4 cups coconut water
  • 1 13.5 oz can coconut milk
  • 4 tbsp maple syrup, to taste
Recipe Directions


  • Chop your limes and add to a high speed blender, along with the coconut water, coconut milk, and maple syrup.
  • Blend until thoroughly combined.
  • Pass the mixture through a fine sieve to separate and discard the pulp. Pour into an air tight container or jug. Then chill in the fridge about 2 hours.
  • To serve, pour into a glass over ice and garnish with a beautiful slice of fresh lime!

Substitutions: Feel free to use a liquid sweetener of your choice to substitute for the maple syrup.
