Needed Kitchenware: Juicer recommended, if not available, blender and milk bag
  • 1 celery bunch
Recipe Directions

Directions

Juicer Directions
  • Prepare the celery by cutting off the stump and cleaning each stalk. Be sure to use filtered water or a towel to clean with. Shake off excess water.
  • Get 2 large glasses ready to capture the juice, you might need two depending on the size of your celery bunch. 1 celery bunch makes anywhere from 8 ounces to 16 ounces of juice, it's a wide range! If you have a cheaper juicer, I suggest cutting the stalk into 2-inch pieces so the fiber of the celery does not damage your juicer and you get more juice out of the stalk.
  • Turn on the juicer with the container ready to capture the juice and put a handful of celery into the juicer at a time. Allow the juicer to process what is put in before putting more into the juicer.
  • Once done, rinse or clean your juicer and enjoy your juice!
Blender Directions
  • Prepare the celery by cutting off the stump and cleaning each stalk. Be sure to use filtered water or a towel to clean with. Shake off excess water.
  • Cut the celery into 1-inch pieces and put into the blender. Blend until smooth. DO NOT add any water in this process. If you're having issues blending, turn off the blender and use a utensil to mix the mixture.
  • Over a large bowl, open your milking bag inside of the bowl and have it ready to use. Pour the blender mixture into the bag and while lifting it above the bottom of the bowl, squeeze as much liquid out as you can.
  • Once done, clean your blender and milking bag and enjoy your juice!
Notes

You can adjust how much celery juice you make and in time you'll realize how much juice a bunch of celery produces.

A bunch of celery produces anywhere from 8 ounces to 16 ounces of juice on average.

Do NOT put anything else in your celery juice to receive its benefits. No water, no lemon juice, NOTHING! This is VERY important. Anything else added will dilute the mixture and cause the salts to break apart, reducing their benefits.

Drink immediately. You can certainly safe for later inside a container, but the benefits of fresh juice reduce very quickly after preparing.

The color of the juice will vary from a mild green color to a dark blue-green color. This is perfectly normal as the color will change depending on the composition of the celery bunch. Each celery bunch will differ based on farming conditions such as geographic location, soil health, chemical usage, fertilization, water conditions, and more.

Celery juice is not meant to be a meal replacement and is considered medicinal. Be sure to not eat before or after for 30 minutes. Best to have on an empty stomach in the morning.

The benefits of celery juice are made possible from Anthony William who originally spread the news about celery juice globally!

Celery Juice Can Heal?

The benefits of celery juice are made possible from Anthony William who originally spread the news about celery juice globally. Thousands of people around the world have benefited from celery juice thanks to him urging people use this recipe daily, sometimes two or three times daily, to help them recover, hydrate, and heal.

Watch the video below of Anthony explaining the benefits and see what others had to say:

What are the Health Benefits of Celery Juice?

1) Celery juice can revive liver cells. Over time, through too much injury to the liver, liver cells can be damaged or over-burdened. This might be due to excessive toxins like alcohol, heavy metals, pesticides, or others. Whatever the cause, celery juice might be able to help liver cells heal and revive in function. The liver acts as the body's filtering system and is responsible for eliminating waste that it finds in the bloodstream. If the liver is fighting an uphill battle, it starts to suffer with liver damage, fatty liver, hepatits infection, and more.

2) Helping to revive the liver, it helps the liver to flush toxins, pharmaceuticals, heavy metals, petrochemcials, pesticides, herbicides, and other non-food particles from the body.

3) Celery has special sodium cluster salts that help break down pathogens like bacteria or viruses. This cluster of salt destroys the defensive walls or barriers of these pests to allow the body's immune system to clean the liver of these pathogens.

4) Being so dense with liquid, celery can be juiced and ingested in large quantities. Celery might be the world's easiest-to-consume medicinal herb because it's very large and able to be juiced. Because it can be juiced, you can consume a large quantity of this herb without needing to process it and without your body being burdened using a processed item. It's perfect!

5) Provides more energy to the body. The content of sodium salts combined with the carbohydrates and natural sugars, provides energy wrapped in a combination of vitamins and minerals. This juice will then travel your body bringing much needed energy and nutrition.

6) Might help reduce conditions like acid reflux, autoimmune, digestive problems, brain fog, lethargy, or even skin issues. Once the liver starts to heal and get cleaner, it can then start to filter the body from long-standing toxicity and issues you might be facing.

7) Facilitates weight loss. We often attribute weight loss to lowering calories and being more active, but Anthony says that weight gain happens due to a burdened liver and that metabolic function is tied directly to how clean your liver is. That means once you start to clean your liver, your body can clean up the fat stored around your organs, and start utilizing old stores of fat that are safely storing away fat-soluable toxins your body was unable to process through before.
