Yield: 1 Carrot Cake Smoothie Bowl (1 Servings)
Needed Kitchenware: Freezer, blender
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1 cup frozen carrots
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • ½ cup frozen cauliflower
  • ¾ cup plant-based milk
  • 1 scoop mushroom immunity powder
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon, ground
  • ⅛ tsp nutmeg, ground
  • (optional) 1 medjool date, pitted
  • ½ mango, sliced
  • 4 tbsp coconut flakes
Recipe Directions


  • Place your serving bowl in the freezer. This keeps your smoothie from melting once you serve.
  • Add all your ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy. If you're struggling to blend, all a little more milk.
  • Spoon into your chilled bowl. Top with your mango and coconut and dive into this bowl of yum!
