Needed Kitchenware: Apple corer, rolling pin, kitchen brush, oven
  • 1 vegan puff pastry sheet (about 250g)
  • 2 apples
  • 1 tbsp all-purpose flour for rolling
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon, ground
  • 1 tbsp oat milk

  • Remove the core from the apples with an apple corer and cut the apple into slices approximately 2 centimeter wide or about ¾ of an inch.
  • Roll out the puff pastry with a little flour and cut into strips about 2 centimeter wide or about ¾ of an inch.
  • Wrap the puff pastry strips around the apple slices by always threading the dough through the hole in the middle of the apple, see video for instruction.

  • Sprinkle the baked apples with cinnamon and enjoy!
