Yield: 10 Cookies & Cream Cookies (10 Servings)
Needed Kitchenware: Oven, mixing bowl, baking tray, parchment paper
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup coconut oil, melted
  • ¼ cup almond milk or plant-based milk of your choice
  • (optional) 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1½ cup self-rising flour
  • 8 Oreo cookies, chopped
  • vegan dark chocolate, melted
Recipe Directions


  • Preheat oven to 175°C or 350°F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  • Chop the Oreos until fine crumbs.
  • Add the flour, sugars, and Oreo crumbs into the wet mixture of coconut oil and milk. Use a spatula to fold everything together until no dry flour remains and a cookie dough forms.
  • Divide the cookie into 10 portions. Roll each portion into a ball and flatten slightly.
  • Transfer the cookies onto the lined tray. Bake it in the oven for 15-18 minutes until the outside is golden brown. Remove from the oven and allow the cookies to cool before removing. They will be very soft and firm up a bit as they cool.
  • Once cool, melt the dark chocolate and drizzle on the cookies.

If you do not have self-rising flour, use 1½ cup of all-purpose flour instead and add 2 teaspoons of baking powder.

Storage tip: store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week.
