I'm so excited to share this healthified cheesecake recipe with you guys! Not only is it super easy to make, but it contains over 40g of plant protein in it too!

Yield: Singleserve Oreo Cheesecake (1 Servings)
Needed Kitchenware: Mixing bowl, serving dish, refrigerator
Base
  • 3 Oreo's, biscuit part only
  • 1 tbsp water or plantbased milk
Filling
  • 1 cup non-dairy vanilla yoghurt
  • ⅓ cup (60g) vegan vanilla protein powder (I used Macro Mike)
  • 2 Oreo's, biscuit part only, chopped
Topping
  • 15g dark chocolate, melted
  • 1 Oreo, chopped
Recipe Directions

Directions

  • Make the base: crush the Oreo biscuits and mix it with some water or milk until the mix sticks together a little. Press it down into the base of the jar. Set aside in the refrigerator.
  • Make the cheesecake filling: mix in the protein powder with the yoghurt until no lumps remain and the yoghurt thickens. Stir in the Oreo pieces.
  • Transfer the filling over the top of the biscuit base.
  • Topping: melt the chocolate. Drizzle over the top of the cheesecake. Sprinkle the Oreo biscuit crumbs over the top.
  • Place in the fridge for 10 minutes to allow the cookie butter to set before serving.
