Yield: 4 Giant Reeses Cups (4 Servings)
Needed Kitchenware: Freezer, 4 cupcake liners, microwave or stove
Base
  • 80 g vegan chocolate, melted
  • 2 tbsp vegan chocolate protein powder (I used Macro Mike)
Filling
  • 20 g vegan chocolate, melted
  • 4 heaping tbsp vegan yogurt
  • 2 tbsp vegan chocolate protein powder
Topping
  • 4 tbsp smooth peanut butter
  • 20 g vegan chocolate, melted
Recipe Directions

Directions

  • Make the base: melt the chocolate and mix in the chocolate protein powder until dissolved. Divide it amongst the 4 cupcake liners. Freeze for 30 mins or until set.
  • Make the filling: mix the melted chocolate with yoghurt and protein powder until the protein is dissolved. Divide this over the top of the base layer. Freeze for a few hours until set.
  • Make the topping: dollop a generous tablespoon of peanut butter over each cup. Drizzle with melted chocolate.
  • Store the cups in the freezer and enjoy out from the freezer!
