Yield: 12 Chocolate Oreo Truffles (12 Servings)
Needed Kitchenware: Large food processor, microwave
  • 400 g Oreo cookies, plus 2 cookies for topping
  • ½ cup vegan condensed milk (I used Nature's Charm)
  • 200 g vegan dark chocolate
Recipe Directions

Directions

  • In a food processor, add in the Oreo biscuits and process until fine crumbs⁣.
  • Add in the condensed milk and process until the mixture clumps together like cookie dough⁣.
  • Divide the mixture into 12 even portions and roll into balls. Freeze for at least 30 minutes until firm.⁣
  • Melt the chocolate in 30 second bursts in the microwave until smooth.
  • Roll each ball in the chocolate to coat.⁣
  • Drizzle with extra chocolate and sprinkle with Oreo crumbs before the chocolate sets.
  • Store the balls in the fridge until ready to serve.
Notes

For step 4, if you wish to not use a microwave, melt the chocolate slowly in a sauce pan on the stove.
